Custom corporate governance services:

Businesses need pragmatic and cost-effective corporate governance support, addressing the challenges they face and providing the comfort they need. We believe that good governance is good business and we focus on providing the right support for our clients to drive their businesses forward.

We offer three levels of support:

1.     Initial assessment of your business and its governance needs

We conduct an onsite assessment of your business and its corporate governance needs before producing a complete programme – including an implementation roadmap – tailored to your requirements. We can assist with implementation of the programme on a fixed fee basis or as part of our ongoing monthly services.

2.     Ongoing monthly services

We offer a wide range of services from reviewing corporate governance policies to preparing directors’ service agreements and establishing a calendar of corporate actions. Our monthly retainer is customised for your company’s size and needs so you won’t pay for what you don’t need.

3.     Additional bespoke services

We are available for all your corporate governance needs, including corporate structure reviews, preparing and running shareholder meetings and advising your directors on their roles and responsibilities.
