Subscription & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

Providers can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal in their Foundra dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens after cancellation

Your listing stays active and visible until the end of your paid period. After that, it reverts to an unclaimed listing and remains in the directory. Your business data is not deleted. Founding member pricing is not available if you reclaim your listing in the future.

Refunds

Foundra does not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of that period and are not charged again.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, monthly or annually depending on your plan. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal. You can cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Founding member pricing

Founding member rates are locked for 12 months from your claim date. If you cancel and later reclaim, standard rates will apply.

Listing removal by Foundra

Foundra reserves the right to remove or downgrade listings that violate our content policies, provide false information, or are flagged for spam. No refund is issued for removal due to policy violations. If a listing is removed in error, a prorated credit will be applied.

Disputes

Before filing a dispute with your card issuer, contact us at admin@foundra.com. Most billing issues are resolved within 48 hours. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Foundra may result in listing suspension pending resolution.
