1. What we collect
Account information. When you claim a listing, we collect your email address, business name, and role.
Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. We retain only a transaction reference and the last four digits of your card for billing records.
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, search queries, and traffic source. This data is used in aggregate to improve the product and measure performance.
Listing content. Information you add to your business listing is public by design.
2. How we use it
Account information is used to operate your subscription and verify business ownership. Email is used for account verification, billing communications, and product updates. Usage data is analyzed in aggregate to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for session authentication and traffic attribution. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party services to operate the platform, including payment processing, database hosting, search infrastructure, map rendering, and email delivery. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years for tax and billing audit purposes. Listing content remains public unless you request removal. Temporary verification tokens expire automatically and are not retained.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at admin@foundra.com. We respond within 30 days. California residents may request disclosure of personal data shared with third parties and may request deletion under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
7. Children's privacy
Foundra is a business-facing service for activity providers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers with reasonable notice before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that notice constitutes acceptance.
