Terms of Service

By accessing or using Foundra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers with reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Foundra is a curated local directory of kids activities, classes, and programs. Parents use it to discover local options. Providers — gyms, studios, schools, and activity programs — can claim and manage their listing through a paid subscription. Foundra does not operate, endorse, or guarantee the quality or safety of any listed business or program.

To claim a listing, you must have legal authority to represent the business. By completing the claim flow, you confirm that authority. You are responsible for maintaining accurate login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@foundra.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Foundra does not issue refunds for partial billing periods.

Founding-tier pricing is locked for 12 months from your subscription start date. After 12 months, standard rates apply. You will receive 60 days notice before any pricing change takes effect. If you cancel and later reclaim your listing, founding- tier pricing is no longer available.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Use Foundra to advertise services targeting adults under the guise of a children's program
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from Foundra without written permission
• Attempt to manipulate search rankings or listing visibility through any means not explicitly offered by the platform
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent
• Impersonate another business or claim a listing you do not have authority to represent

You are responsible for the accuracy of all content on your listing, including program descriptions, schedules, pricing, photos, and hours. Foundra reserves the right to edit, moderate, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, illegal, or inconsistent with the platform's standards. We may also enrich your listing with publicly available information to improve discoverability. You can correct or update this information at any time through your dashboard.

Listing visibility reflects data completeness, verified ownership, and program depth — not payment level. Premier providers rank above standard Claimed listings because they carry richer, more complete program data. No provider can purchase a higher search position.

Foundra owns all platform infrastructure, design, taxonomy, and proprietary data. By submitting content to your listing, you grant Foundra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and distribute that content as part of the platform and associated marketing. You retain ownership of your own business content.

Foundra's name, wordmark, and platform data may not be reproduced, scraped, or used in any commercial product without written permission.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Foundra, you agree to the collection and use of data as described there.

Foundra may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, repeated misrepresentation of business information, or chargebacks filed without first contacting us. In cases of termination for cause, no refund is issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal.

Upon termination, your listing reverts to unclaimed status and remains in the directory. Your business data is not deleted.

Foundra is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, licensing, or conduct of any business or program listed in the directory. Parents are responsible for independently evaluating providers before enrolling their children.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundra's liability to any party is limited to the amount paid by that party to Foundra in the 12 months preceding the claim. Foundra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at admin@foundra.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.
