Aqua Crest also offers private lessons and has competitive teams including a synchronized swim team for ages 7-18.     Ages 612· Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday· Morning, Afternoon· Paid

    Kids practice floating, combine arm and leg actions for front and back crawl, and get introduced to deep water swimming. For 6-12 year olds who can blow bubbles with face in water, back float for 5 seconds, and swim 5 yards. Runs Tuesday through Friday for eight 30-minute lessons.

  • Level 3 Swimming

    Ages 612· Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday· Morning, Afternoon· Paid

    Kids learn elementary backstroke, treading water, deep water exploration, and water safety skills. For 6-12 year olds who can back float 15 seconds, swim 15 yards using coordinated arms and legs, and tread in deep water for one minute. Eight sessions running Tuesday through Friday.

    Teens learn lifeguarding skills, water rescue techniques, and CPR through American Red Cross certification. For ages 15 and up who can pass the pretest including a 150-yard swim, 2-minute tread, and brick retrieval. Must complete prerequisite skills testing before joining the course.
