ArtStage has been teaching kids the "triple threat" skills—dance, acting, and voice—since 1990, and honestly, it's such a cool approach if your child loves performing arts. They've got classes for everyone from toddlers (the 2-4 year olds start with creative movement) all the way up to older kids, with age-appropriate classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, acrobatics, acting, musical theater, and voice depending on your child's age. Classes meet on weekday evenings and some mornings, so there are options that might fit your schedule. What really stands out is that parents rave about how much their kids gain in confidence and self-esteem, not just technique—one former student even went on to graduate with a B.F.A. in musical theater from FSU and became an Equity actress. At just $15 a month, it's a really accessible way to explore performing arts.
