Indoor batting cages with five different setups serve baseball and softball players at all levels. Manny Olivera, who coached for the Miami Marlins and Chicago Cubs, runs the facility and offers private lessons in what they call "Manny's Lab." Kids as young as 7 can use the slowest machine that starts at 20 mph, while older players work with computerized machines throwing fastballs, curves, and sliders. The HitTrax system in two cages provides real-time hitting stats. You can book cages up to three days ahead, and they provide all the bats and balls.
