Infant Swimming Resource lessons happen year-round in a heated indoor pool, focusing on water survival skills like floating and self-rescue. Instructors including Ms. Stacy and Kelli Roop teach kids as young as infants, building competence and comfort in the water through structured progressions. ISR training starts with intensive lessons, then shifts to monthly maintenance classes once your kid has the basics down. The facility is in Palm Beach Gardens with easy parking and changing areas, making it simple to fit lessons into your routine even during cooler months.
