Coached swim training for adults 18+ across three outdoor pools in Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and Delray Beach. Palm Beach Masters breaks swimmers into skill-based groups from beginners who can swim one pool length to competitive swimmers hitting sub-1:45 hundreds. Your adult swimmer can drop in for a free week to try the program before committing. Workouts run about an hour with professional coaching on deck, and the app-based reservation system lets you mix locations and times. All pools are heated in winter and cooled in summer.

We are located at 3 beautiful outdoor pools in Jupiter, West Palm Beach and Delray Beach, FL. We are a registered U.S. Masters Swimming Club with Gold Club status and welcome all adults ages 18+ of any level of swimming ability. In 2017 we were awarded the USMS Club of the Year. In 2022 Coach Linda was presented with the USMS Coach of the Year award. Our program will help you reach your goals, whether you are a new to swimming, an avid fitness or competitive swimmer, or multisport athlete. Palm Beach Masters offers an inspiring team atmosphere with organized workouts, competitions, clinics and social functions. Highly qualified coaches on deck provide instruction to help swimmers of all skill levels and ages improve their technique and train for personal goals. Our coached sessions are designed to improve your swimming skills, make you more efficient in the water and increase your overall fitness level.
