Swim lessons from 6 months through adults, with a Parent & Tot class for babies as young as 6 months that requires a guardian in the water. Pioneer Park Aquatic Center runs a traditional level-based program where kids progress from bubble blowing and basic floating through stroke development and deep water skills. The facility offers four levels for kids ages 3-12, plus adult classes for ages 13 and up. You need to register in person, and lessons run in eight-class sessions. The pool has waterslides and tipping bucket features that kids can use during open swim sessions when they're not in lessons.
