Pole dancing, Lyra, aerial hammock, hand balance, and flexibility classes run by world champion instructors at Pixie Fitness. Owner Jacqueline Amendola was a former competitive exotic dancer, and the team includes 2011 American Pole Fitness champion Derick Pierson and current world champion Rafaela Montanaro. Classes range from intro to advanced levels, with instructors scaling movements for different skill levels in the same session. Your kid can start with beginner-friendly classes that welcome first-timers. Book ahead since classes fill up, and they offer intro packages for new students.
