About

Brazilian jiu jitsu classes starting from age 3, with separate programs for preschoolers (3-5), youth (5-8), and juniors (8-14). Professor Kelly Beringson, a certified black belt, runs the academy with a focus on building confidence and respect alongside self-defense techniques. Your kid gets paired with an experienced partner for their first class and sits out sparring until after the first week. The academy also offers parent-child classes where families train together, plus wrestling classes for takedown practice. Free trial classes are available to get started.
