About

A recreational baseball league for kids ages 4-16, West Boca Youth Baseball runs divisions from T-ball through Babe Ruth with a new developmental program for their youngest players. The league plays at South County Regional Park and welcomes all skill levels. Your kid can start as young as 4 in the developmental division and move up through T-ball, machine pitch, minor, major, and Babe Ruth divisions. The league offers both recreational seasons with playoffs and year-round travel teams for more competitive players.

Programs (7)

• Developmental Division

  Class
  Ages 4–4· Paid

  Kids learn basic baseball fundamentals through games and activities designed specifically for 4-year-olds. This developmental program focuses on introducing the youngest players to baseball in an age-appropriate format.

• Babe Ruth Division

  Class
  Ages 13–16· Paid

  Teens play competitive baseball with full regulation rules on a larger field with longer base paths and pitching distance. The program runs spring and fall seasons with playoffs for players up to age 16.

• Minor Division

  Class
  Ages 9–10· Paid

  Kids play coach-pitch and player-pitch baseball with full game rules including stealing and more advanced fielding positions. The recreational program runs spring and fall seasons with playoffs for 10u players.

• T-Ball

  Class
  Ages 5–6· Paid

  Kids hit from a tee and learn basic running and fielding skills in a non-competitive recreational format. The program runs spring and fall seasons with playoffs for 6u players.

• All Star Travel Baseball

  Competition/Tournament
  Ages 4–16· Paid

  Select players compete in travel tournaments and games against other leagues throughout the region. This year-round program is available for advanced players who are chosen for the all-star teams.

• Machine Pitch

  Ages 7–8· Paid

  Kids hit from a pitching machine and practice fielding in games with structured innings and base running. The recreational league includes spring and fall seasons with playoffs for 8u players.

• Major Division

  Class
  Ages 11–12· Paid

  Kids play full player-pitch baseball with complete game rules including leading off bases and more competitive play. The recreational league includes spring and fall seasons with playoffs for 12u players.
