About

A 217-acre natural area with three distinct trails and rare scrub habitat. Yamato Scrub has the paved Cicada Nature Trail and the sandy Skyblue Lupine Hiking Trail, plus bridges across canals and a tunnel under Clint Moore Road for easy access. Good for kids who like spotting wildlife like gopher tortoises and exploring different habitats. The shorter paved trail works well for little ones, while older kids can handle the longer sandy trails. Limited parking and the entrance can be tricky to spot from Clint Moore Road.
