Foundation and advanced Tai Chi classes plus Emei Qigong sessions run by Dr. Jennifer Yu, who trained directly under lineage holders in China. Her boutique studio focuses on authentic forms rather than simplified versions, with classes for ages 3.5 to 101. Kids can start with Foundation Tai Chi to learn basic movements and breathing techniques. Classes meet multiple times per week both in-person and online, with an emphasis on training at your own pace and focusing inward. The approach builds concentration and body awareness through traditional forms passed down through generations.
